aiir builds investor relations associates for publicly traded companies. This page explains what we collect from people who visit getaiir.com, receive an email from us, or talk to Ari on our site, and how to opt out. We are a business-to-business company: we do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising.
When you visit getaiir.com
We keep our own visit log on our own server. Nothing is sent to an analytics or advertising network. The log records:
- Your IP address, browser and operating system, and the organisation and city the IP address resolves to.
- A random visitor identifier stored in a cookie and in your browser's local storage, and a device signature derived from your screen, graphics hardware, time zone, language and similar settings, so we can recognise a returning visitor.
- What you did on the page: sections viewed, scroll depth, time on page, links and buttons used, whether you started a conversation with Ari, and any details you submit through the demo form.
When you receive an email from us
Our outreach emails contain a one-pixel image and tracked links. They tell us whether and when the email was opened, which links were clicked, and, when a link brings you to getaiir.com, they connect that visit to the email so we know who is looking. If the email is opened from more than one device or network we may infer it was forwarded.
When you talk to Ari
Conversations with Ari, by voice or text, are processed by ElevenLabs and Anthropic to generate her replies. Transcripts, and any name, company or email address you give her, are kept so we can follow up. Ari never asks for or stores payment details.
Why we collect it
To follow up with people who show interest in a demo, to understand which parts of the site matter to prospective clients, to keep the site secure, and to comply with the law. Our legal basis where one is required is our legitimate interest in marketing our service to businesses, or your consent where you give it.
Who we share it with
Service providers who run our infrastructure: Railway (hosting), ipinfo (IP address lookup), Formspark (demo form delivery), Google (email), ElevenLabs and Anthropic (Ari). Each processes data only on our instructions. We do not sell or rent personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
How long we keep it
Visit and email logs are kept for up to 24 months. Demo requests and conversation records are kept while we are in contact with you and for up to 24 months after. The visitor cookie lasts one year.
Your choices
- Email russ@getaiir.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or opt out of any further email. We answer within 30 days and never charge for it.
- Block images in your email client to prevent open tracking.
- Clear cookies and site data for getaiir.com to reset your visitor identifier.
- California residents have the rights described above under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
- Residents of the EU, UK and Switzerland may also object to processing based on legitimate interest and lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
